welcome to devote/d label, operated by Devoted Label, a partnership based in oakland, california (“we,” “us”). by placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms, our faq, and our privacy policy. please read them before purchasing. you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
devote/d label is independently owned and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, or any other company or organization. all names and marks belong to their respective owners.
1. orders & payment
checkout is handled securely by stripe, our third-party payment processor. we never see or store your full card details. prices are listed in usd and include shipping; applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. payment is due in full when you order.
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or insufficient stock. if we cancel after you’ve paid, you’ll receive a full refund and we’ll let you know.
2. edits & limited quantities
each edit is made or gathered in very small numbers and won’t be remade exactly once it’s gone. adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it; it’s only yours once payment is confirmed. some pieces are designed by us and some are sourced from independent makers. because many are handmade, small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their character, not defects. colors may also look slightly different on your screen.
3. pre-orders
some edits are offered as pre-orders. each pre-order’s expected ship date is listed on its page. you’re charged in full when you place a pre-order. if the ship date changes, we’ll tell you as soon as we know, and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
4. shipping
we currently ship within the united states only, via UPS ground. orders ship according to the timeline noted on each edit’s page, and you’ll get a tracking number once yours is on its way. if we can’t ship by the stated date, we’ll contact you before then, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
your address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. we’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
delays: once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays.
lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. we’ll file a claim with the carrier and help however we can. because most pieces are one-of-a-kind, a replacement may not be possible; if the carrier claim is approved, we’ll refund you.
5. cancellations, returns & refunds
before your order ships: you can cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. just email us.
after your order ships: all sales are final. because each edit is made in very small numbers and curated as a complete whole, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@devotedlabel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. we’ll send a replacement where we can, or a full refund where we can’t. if we ask you to send the item back, we’ll cover return shipping.
how refunds work: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
6. discounts & promotions
from time to time we may offer discount codes or sales. codes can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and can’t be applied to past orders. we may end or change a promotion at any time.
7. chargebacks
if something’s wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right. we may decline future orders from anyone who files a chargeback without contacting us.
8. intellectual property
all original designs, photography, copy, and branding on this site belong to Devoted Label and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. pieces sourced from independent makers remain the intellectual property of those makers.
9. limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and our products are provided “as is.” we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. our total liability for any claim related to an order won’t exceed the amount you paid for that order. nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california. any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in alameda county, california.
11. changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. when we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and post a notice on our site. changes apply to orders placed after that date.
12. general
if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. these terms, together with our faq and privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and Devoted Label.
